KICKBACK was formed in June of 2006 by former Shadow Road bassist / keyboardist Joe Haley, first he incorporated his cousin, veteran drummer Ron Haley to hit the skins. With Rons experience and developed style, he gives KICKBACK that steady groove that most cover bands can only wish to duplicate. He then called a long time friend, lead guitarist Joel Fischer to come on board and play those killer leads that's made Joel a local name on the scene. Veteran bassist Tony Guerriero was brought in to round out the rhythm section.Tony’s experience and unparalled bass licks provide KICKBACK that solid back bone sound that makes KICKBACK a band to be taken seriously.
          After departing ways with original singer Eddie Love and guitarist Tim McMahnon, KICKBACK brought in some more experienced musicians to round out the line up. First they brought in veteran lead guitarist and vocalist Danny Dee to bring in his unique style of playing. Dan's playing and vocals gives KICKBACK a new range of material that only KICKBACK can cover. The band then brought in lead vocalist / frontman Mark Ramsey. In 2008 after a year and numerous gigs, KICKBACK departed ways with Mark to move in a more classic rock direction. After extensive auditions KICKBACK found Dean Martinez. Dean's extensive background in the music field, vocal range and high energy, adds to an already solid line up that starts a new journey for KICKBACK that other cover bands envy and can’t compete with. In 2009 take the journey with KICKBACK on the music scene and see what all the hype is about….
